You MUST sign and receive the package on the FIRST delivery attempt or DOA guarantee is null & void.

  • All orders are shipped via FedEx. The day your order ships, you will receive an e-mail containing your item numbers and FedEx tracking number so you can make arrangements to sign for your order on arrival. Please Note: We strongly encourage someone to be available at the time of delivery to prevent livestock from being exposed to adverse weather conditions.
  • Package MUST be signed for on the FIRST delivery attempt. If a package is rejected for any reason, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the invoice.
  • Package shipped to a FedEx hold facility, must be picked up within the first two hours of opening.
  • To ensure you receive the healthiest specimen possible and to reduce stress on your aquatic life, we recommend your order be shipped directly to your door.
  • We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses provided by the buyer.
  • Death due to delays in shipping will not be covered by the DOA Policy. Corals Plus cannot be held responsible for mechanical or weather delays that may cause your FedEx shipment to arrive late.
  • We can hold corals for up to one week once payment has been received, unless other arrangements are agreed upon.  Beyond that, we are not responsible for the coral, and cannot guarantee replacement of the same coral purchased.
  • In the unlikely event of a DOA (Dead on Arrival), you must send very clear digital photographs (of the corals still in the bag) within 2 hours of delivery to residence or hold facility.  We may ask for you to ship back the deceased animal, so please do not dispose of it.  Once we receive the digital photos, and we receive the deceased animal (if applicable), we will issue a store credit.  The store credit does not include the cost of shipping.  Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees. We do not offer refunds, we only give credit towards future orders valid for 3 months (90 days) after original purchase date.
  • We are not responsible for any deaths that may occur during the acclimation process.
